This is our first night out for some Hawaiian BBQ!
So I think I have to blame my lack of blogging a little on Hawaii. During the middle of October we went to Hawaii with some awesome friends. We spent ten days in paradise. It was an amazing time. We surfed, boogie boarded, sea kayaked, hiked in a volcano crater, had some awesome dinners, chilled on the beach and went to a luau. It really was the time of my life ( at least for this year). I loved hanging with my husband and getting some well needed alone time with him. I did miss my kids a ton and want to take them to Hawaii next time I go.

The Achter Family Reunion
This is Taya our neice.
We were at the Achter Family Reunion and for some reason we started to have a lot of fun on the playground. The kids and I had a good time on the monkey bars and then we had fun taking pictures. All the kids wanted to do was take pictures. They would each have a turn and then they would choose where and who was in the pictures. Fun Times!

No More Curls!! (For a day)
One day while I was straightening my hair Sayla wanted hers done as well. For those of you who don't know Sayla she has got the prettiest curly hair. Well, I did it for her and here are the results. She looked so grown up and almost like a completely different kid. She was still beautiful! Fun for a day, but I think I prefer her curls.

Taiben's First Day of Kindergarten
Such Handsome Boys
I am starting to think I am getting old when two of my three children are in school now. My little surfer dude has started Kindergarten and is loving every minute of it. He is always excited to get up and go catch the school bus. I think school might be as fun as the bus and recess, but maybe not. I know he will be an awesome student.
