No More Curls!! (For a day)
One day while I was straightening my hair Sayla wanted hers done as well. For those of you who don't know Sayla she has got the prettiest curly hair. Well, I did it for her and here are the results. She looked so grown up and almost like a completely different kid. She was still beautiful! Fun for a day, but I think I prefer her curls.

Taiben's First Day of Kindergarten
Such Handsome Boys
I am starting to think I am getting old when two of my three children are in school now. My little surfer dude has started Kindergarten and is loving every minute of it. He is always excited to get up and go catch the school bus. I think school might be as fun as the bus and recess, but maybe not. I know he will be an awesome student.
Camping at Brighton Estates
Ms Sexy Laura
Sayla loves her Zoie!
Sayla has a tendency to not like clothes so we lucky to have her in pants while camping.
Recently we took a one night trip camping to Brighton Estates at the lot. We had a good relaxing time. We went with our good friends Mike and Laura and their kids. We just hung out and went for a short hike. It is always so nice to go the the mountains and get away from it all.

Third Grader Kaison
Sometimes it just blows my mind at how fast the years and even days go by. It is even harder when my boy is growing up so fast. Kaison is now eight and in the Third Grade. It really seems like yesterday he was born and I would dress him up in all his cute outfits like he was a doll and take pictures. Now he only likes certain clothes and tells me I take too many pictures. Even with that I am very proud of him and how hard he works at everything that he does. He is a wonderful child with potential to be what ever he wants.
The One and Only Weber County Fair
So besides looking at animals and watching a comedian, the highlight of the Fair was the trampolines. The kids wanted to do them so bad. The boys both did very well on them and Sayla chickened out when it was finally her turn. I think we figured out that Kaison might be a little scared of heights, just like his Mom, but he got through it. Good Job Buddy!
Lagoon
Every year we go to Lagoon just once and that is plenty. We always have a good time while we are there. This year Kaison hit up Wicked and thought it was totally wicked. Taiben was bummed because he still was not tall enough for the big rides but still had a lot of fun on the ones he could do. Sayla was tall enough this year to do some of the faster rides and surprised us all at how much she loved them. She would throw her arms up in the air and scream with joy while most of the other kids were holding on for dear life. We had a great day!
