I haven't quite figured out why my kids keep falling asleep at the counter. It is rather amusing though. I am grateful that I keep finding them before they fall. These were two separate occasions but what are the chances of two of my three kids falling asleep at the counter within a week of each other.

A little more than a month...
It is just barley over a month from when Bruce Terry Achter left this mortal earth. He is deeply missed and is still fresh in all our thoughts. We miss our Papa and Dad. Sayla is always singing songs for her Papa and I know he can hear her. We are so grateful he can breath freely once again but miss him by our side. We love you Dad (Papa)!

Kaison Turns "8"
Wow I can't believe it my baby is eight. He is growing up so fast! It really seems just like last year he was born. Kaison is a very smart boy with tons of potential to succeed in his future. He is very well behaved and is always concerned if he his doing the right thing. He is definately an excellent example of an honest person. He loves sports and is very excited to start playing football this year.

2009 MDA Ride
For the past three years we have gone on the Wendover MDA Ride. It is a lot of fun and for a good cause. We always go with good friends and have a great time. It is amazing to me every year how many motorcycles go on this ride. It starts in SLC on State Street and goes out to Wendover on I-80. There is a constant line of motorcycles the whole way out with a few cars and trucks mixed in.

Kaison's Last Day of Second Grade
So I know my blog is a little behind but I am going to try and catch up over the next week. We have had some difficult times lately.
So I figure I am always taking pictures of the kids on the first day of school. From here on out I am going to start taking pictures on the last day of school as well. I think it will be fun to see how much they have grown over the school year. This is Kaison and his last day of second grade. I can not believe I have a third grader.
